Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a meaningful opportunity to heal within a supportive and guided community setting. Because much of our emotional experience is shaped in relationship, healing can also be deeply supported through connection with others. In group work, you are invited to explore your experiences, gain insight into relational patterns, and receive support in a space that is both structured and compassionate. These groups are designed to foster safety, reflection, and growth, helping you build greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection with others.
